

Bob was born November 30, 1936 in Salt Lake City, Utah the son of Charles and Geneva Zombro.
He was a purchasing agent by trade and worked for C.W. Silver Co. in Salt Lake City and RDC Electrical in Phoenix retiring in 2004.
Bob enjoyed traveling, working on his immaculately kept residence, and building model ships and aircraft. He had an eye for detail and it became apparent when you noticed the perfection of his work. He was an animal lover and was especially fond of several pet birds the family kept over the years including "Echo" the African Grey Parrot.
He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints North Canyon Ward.
Bob married Nikki Hansen, the love of his life, on April 9, 1978. They have a combined family of nine children.
He is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Nikki Hansen Zombro of Glendale, Arizona, three sons Robert Zombro Jr. of Driggs, Idaho, Dan Zombro of Laughlin, Nevada, John Zombro of Salt Lake City, Utah, two daughters Vicki Zombro of Minocqua, Wisconsin, Jennifer Zombro-Johnson of Salt Lake City, Utah, two step-sons Jason Nelson of Springville, Utah, Max Nelson of Salt Lake City, Utah, two step-daughters, Trina Buckner of Kamas, Utah, and Julie Nicol of Glendale, Arizona. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Geneva Zombro, and 1 brother, William Charles Zombro.
Memorial Services were held on Saturday October 18, 2014 at the Happy Valley Meeting House of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Glendale Arizona.
