Ronald Gilbert Sartor, 82, of Peoria, Arizona passed away through the unseen portals on July 2, 2017. This is my "Hello" and "Farewell". Since I've elected NOT to have a traditional funeral service or a alternative memorial service, I want the to be more than a usual obituary. It is my wish to say farewell to all my relatives and friends and hope the will miss me as much as I have enjoyed knowing each one of them. I have enjoyed many wonderful experiences on this Earth, but now is the time for me to make the transition. I Love ALL of you! I was born on June 17, 1935, in Terre Haute, Indiana as the only child of Gilbert and Evelyn Mae (Rogers) Sartor. Survivors include my wife, Mary Ellen (McMahon) Sartor, sons, Rodney, Gregory, and John Sartor. Daughters, Helena Collette, and Kathryn Elizabeth Sartor, step-children, Susan Bates and Gregory Thalmann, 8 grandchildren. I was a 50 year member of Free and Accepted Masonic Lodge, #86the blue lodge, and Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite in Terre Haute, Indiana. I also was a member of the pipe band of EIZaribah Shriners, Phoenix, Arizona. I retired fro Salt River Project in 19914 and have lived in the Phoenix area since 1967. It's now time to close and say farewell again, I'm sure we'll all meet again-I just don't know where or when. Enjoy life, it's always later than you think. Arrangements under the direction of Advantage Funeral and Cremation Services Maryvale Chapel, Phoenix, AZ. Interment will be a West-Resthaven Cemetery. The Family wishes to thank Hospice of the Valley for their care at the end.
