

Born on May 17, 1947, in Princeton, IN, Sharon spent her early years there before her family moved to Lincoln Park, PA, and later to Morris Plains, NJ. Sharon married in 1967 and welcomed her son in 1970 and her daughter in 1972 while living in Lake Parsippany, NJ. In 1986, she relocated to Peoria, AZ, where her children completed high school and college, achievements that filled her with immense pride.
In addition to being a devoted mother, grandmother, and sister, Sharon found great purpose and fulfillment in her professional life. She worked in the senior living industry as a marketing director and activities coordinator, where her creativity, compassion, and vibrant energy touched the lives of many. Sharon had a special gift for making others feel valued and bringing joy to those around her.
In 1997, Sharon found love and companionship with Steve Tolle. Their nearly three decades together were filled with laughter, adventure, and shared passions, including attending football games, NASCAR races, and supporting their children and grandchildren in all their endeavors. Sharon also had a deep love for animals, caring for many pets over the years, and shared a special bond with her current dog, Baxter, who brought her joy and comfort.
Sharon is survived by her loving partner, Steve Tolle; her son, Chris Cutter (Vickie Yeager); her daughter, Stephanie Sanderson (David); and her adored grandsons, Tim Sanderson and Nick Sanderson (Shania). She also leaves behind her sister, Sue Goodwin; her nephews, Steve Mellott, Bret Mellott (Brook), Scott Bird (Joanne), and Jeff Bird; and her beloved dog, Baxter.
Sharon will be remembered for her generous spirit, her unwavering support for her family, and her dedication to creating joy for others. A celebration of her life will be held at Dignity Memorial, 710 W. Bethany Home Rd, Phoenix, AZ., Feb. 22, 2025 at 2pm. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in Sharon’s memory to the Parkinson’s Foundation and/or the Arizona Humane Society.
Her legacy of love, compassion, and positivity will continue to inspire all who had the privilege of knowing her.
