Susan Ann Kerth

Suzie was born on January 20, 1947 to Wynne & Verna Hagman in Columbus, Wisconsin. She moved to San Francisco when she was 18 years old to attend beautician school where she met her husband, Bill Kerth. Together they had a son, Aaron, and opened a successful hair salon which they operated for many years. Suzie later moved to Arizona where she spent the remainder of her life enjoying the sunshine alongside her family and friends.

Suzie was a beloved and fun Mimi to her three grandchildren who brought her great joy. She showed her love for them with her special exuberance that will never be forgotten. They filled her heart and their pictures and the artwork they created for her filled up her entire home. Those who knew Suzie will forever remember how she clung to her faith in the Lord during her hardest battles, found child-like happiness in the small things and liked her coffee to be very, very hot.

Suzie was preceded in death by her parents, Wynne & Verna, and her partner, Bill. She is survived by her son Aaron, daughter in law Brittney and her grandchildren Makena, Ryder & Sawyer. She also leaves behind her brother, Ben Hagman, several nieces and nephews and her dear cat, Izzy, who was a great companion to her in her final years.

A graveside service for Suzie will be held Wednesday, September 4, 2024 from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM at Phoenix Memorial Park, 200 W. Beardsley Rd., Phoenix, AZ 85027.
