Teresa Rose Doten

Teresa was born on July 3, 1953 in Grand Forks ND, 6th child of 15 children born to Bennet and Laurene Boushee and was raised in East Grand Forks MN on the family farm. She graduated from Sacred Heart High School in 1971 and completed the Professional Dental Program at the Grand Forks Air Force Base was employed as a Dental Assistant in Crookston, MN. She later moved to Phoenix, AZ and met Edmond Doten and was married at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, January 9, 1981. She was blessed with two wonderful children. During her children's formative years, she was a staff member at St. Vincent De Paul Catholic School, Phoenix AZ. She worked in the professional property management for many years in the Phoenix area.

The biggest joy in her life was to serve her immediate family and was always grateful to be able to go back to MN to spend time loving her parents as often as she could.

She learned at an early age to anticipate the needs of others and it was her joy to give of herself to make sure the needs of her family ,that she loved so dearly, were met.

Teresa was preceded in death by her parents, brothers; Robb and David Boushee, and a nephews; Casey Holt and Abe Boushee.

She is survived by her husband, Ed, daughter Nichole Thompson, and son Sonny Doten, grandsons; David and Robert Thompson all of Glendale AZ her sisters Bonnie Hageman, Phoenix, AZ, Mary Holt, Elaine Vonasek, Christine Boushee, Loretta DeVoe, Julie Lindgren all of East Grand Forks MN and Gloria Mogck of Spicer, MN, her brothers Rene Boushee, Greg Boushee and Edward Boushee all of East Grand Forks MN, Leon Boushee of Mentor, MN and Tony Boushee of Elsie, MI.

Services will be held at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic church, Glendale AZ at 10:00 AM and burial at Greenwood Memory Lawn Cemetery Phoenix, AZ at 12:00 PM.
