Tom was born to Thomas W (Bill) and Joanna Mickey on August 4, 1965, in Phoenix, AZ. He graduated from Washington High School and Arizona State University. He recently retired after a career in Health Services Management for Marciopa County.
Tom is survived by his mother Joanna, brothers Dave (Carol) and Pat (Helen) Mickey; nieces Josephine Morales, Ana Mickey, and Teresa Valtierra; and nephews Nathan and Tyler Mickey.
Tom was a kind, very intelligent and gentle man. He had a great sense of humor and enjoyed sports, reading, music and a lively political discussion.
A celebration of Tom’s life will be held at a later date. He will be deeply missed.
