89 of Phoenix, passed away on November 21, 2013. She is preceded in death by her husband Manuel, son Jose Chavez, daughter Viola Gracia and is survived by her children Carmen Perez, Teresa Campa (Anastacio), Connie Moraga, Ray Ochoa (Lupe) and Bobby Ochoa. 30 grandchildren, 85 great grandchildren and 45 great great grandchildren. Visitation will be Monday, December 2, 2013 at Funeraria del Angel Greer Wilson 5921 W. Thomas Road Phoenix, AZ at 8:30AM Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church 5614 W. Orangewood Ave, Glendale, AZ at 11:30AM. Followed by burial at Holy Cross Cemetery.
