Vanity was a homemaker to five children but that did not stop her from having adventures, it did the opposite. Mom enjoyed helping her husband, Charles, during his racing days. She supported him from the grandstands while pregnant and even went into labor with one of her children while Charles raced. She also loved her community. To her there was no stranger. She was a hugger. If you needed a hug she was right there with open arms - no judgement.
Vanity married Charles in May 1951. They were young and very much in love. True life partners who were the love of each other until death his separated them in 2001. She spent the last 22 years of her life continuing their journey of fulfilling plans with enjoying watching their children and grandchildren grow up. Family was everything to them. She finished her journey and is now reunited with Charles. They can finally enjoy eternity together at last.
She is survived by her children - RoseAnn Tysiak (Andrew), Linda L. Blanco, William S. Storr (Cindy), Charles R. Storr and Daniel R. Storr (Zana). She is loved by 17 grandchildren, many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles A. Storr; her parents,Virginia & Ivan Smith; her brothers, Ivan, Preston, and Randall Smith; and her precious great grandson, Joel.
