William (Bill) Thomas, of Gilbert, died peacefully in his home on December 13, 2023. Bill was a brilliant, charismatic and kind man. Bill received a degree in Quantum Physics from Arizona State University and worked in the Semiconductor Industry his entire life. Throughout his career, he worked as an engineer, quality manager, sales manager, and pricing specialist. He also owned and operated Insight Sales Associates, an Outside Sales Company selling Testing Equipment to major Semiconductor Manufacturing Entities. He worked for Motorola and Amkor Technology. Bill was an amazing and loving father, grandfather, and husband and is survived by his five daughters, Terri Thomas, Lori Boswell, Susie Wischhusen, Tami Tegen, and Talaya Thomas, seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Bill was preceded in death by his parents Ivor Claire and James, his brother Jim, and his wife Betty. Bill was loved more than can be written, will be forever in our hearts and dearly missed.
Please join us for a celebration of his life on Wednesday, December 20 at Greenwood Memory Lawn Mortuary, 719 N. 27th Ave., Phoenix. A visitation will be at noon, with his funeral to follow at 1 P.M.
