Angelo Edward Coppola Sr., age 90, passed Thursday August 4th 2016 surrounded by his loving family. Mr. Coppola was born in Belleville, New Jersey.
Mr. Coppola was a Marine Corp, World War II Veteran. After the war he worked in the family siding business in New Jersey, union bartender in Miami, Florida and retired as a union commercial painter.
Survivors include one son; Angelo Coppola Jr. of Taylors, SC, four daughters; Linda Mlay and her husband Kief of Pumpkintown, SC, Lauren Wilkerson of Port St. Lucie, Florida, Darlene Johnson of Sebring, Florida and Sheryl Metcalfe and her husband Tom of Plantation, Florida. Mr. Coppola is the ninth child with five sisters and three brothers. Mr. Coppola also leaves to share in his memory ten grandchildren; Keelie, Kaelin, Russell, Kyle, Jake, Tanner, Kevin, Craig, Heather, and Tommy, also three great-grandchildren; Heather, Carly, and Alyssa.
A graveside service will be held at a later date.
The family will be at the home.
