Azalee was born in Pickens, South Carolina and of the Baptist faith.
Azalee is survived by her daughter Rita Dodson; brother Edward Arnold (Barbara); sister Elizabeth Jones; sister Bernice Jones; and 5 grandchildren.
Azalee was preceded in death by her loving husband of 54 years Dewey Ellenburg; son Russell Ellenburg; son Tim Ellenburg; parents Will and Mary Arnold; and grandson Craig Ellenburg.
A graveside service for Azalee will be held Sunday, February 18, 2024 at 2:00 pm at Hillcrest Memorial Park, 2410 Gentry Memorial Hwy, Pickens, SC 29671.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Azalee's memory may be made to Interim Hospice, 100 Verdae Blvd, Suite 300, Greenville, South Carolina 29607 US.
