Hilda was a very sweet lady.  We attended church together at one time.  Her mother was at the nursing home when my mother was there.   She was such a caring person.  Please accept my deepest sympath.

HILDA was a true pleasure to know and be around.  She was always smiling. Even after she became sick she would still be at the back door to welcome you on Sunday morning.  I really didn't know her very well until the Women of Faith, widow's ministry, was started at our church. She was always a faithful member and always ready to help in whatever way we needed her.  It won't be the same without her but I'm sure she is loving her new Heavenly home and we will be with her again one day.  We miss you, Hilda.

I will always remember Ms. Hilda's sweet smile. I am sure she touched the lives of so many, as she did mine. I have the pleasure of doing her sister Barbra's hair,  and I met Hilda when she started bringing Barbra for her appointments. I was so blessed to see her sming face every other week and to get to know her. She was such a loving, caring woman and one thing I do know is that she always thought of others. She will surely be missed. I am praying for her family.

To Hilda's family:  Hilda and Bobby was one of the first couples that my husband and I met.  Not knowing that we had taken her and Bobby's seat at the church.  After my husband passed, Hilda and Bobby moved back one row and that is when she told me.  I will always remember her smile, her laugh and especially her pound cake.  She burned one at Christmas last year and I took several pieces home,  Best pound cake ever.  When we organized our Women of Faith she was one of the first to volunteer and always there to help set up.  On our Christmas light run, it was her bright idea to just drop in on Preacher Mike and Iris.  Don't call just go.  I am going to miss her so much.  I always looked for her in church and she was always smiling at whoever she was talking too.  She never failed to ask how I was doing.  I will see you again, my friend. Joe and Brenda, my prayer had been that Hilda would not suffer any longer. She will be missed greatly by friends who loved her and knew what a special person she was. In talking with her recently, she said that she was very confident Whose she was and where she would be going. I know that she was welcomed in Heaven with "Well done, my good and faithful servant!" Having known Hilda and Bobby for a long time was a great pleasure. He was a friend of my father. 
God bless you as you take care of Hilda's sister and thank you for all that you did and are doing for Hilda. She was blessed to have you as her friends.

Hilda was my neighbor for a short time in Deer Meadows and so happy to have her for my neighbor.  We had not had contact since graduating high school because I married and moved away..
She is a beautiful, sweet lady and we will miss her.
