Linda Diane Arteaga

Linda loved the outdoors, camping, and going to yard sales. During the holidays she put out Halloween and Christmas inflatables for people to enjoy. Linda loved spending time with her boys, nieces, nephews, and sitting on her mom's front porch.

Linda is survived by her beloved husband, Javier Arteaga; her three sons, Francisco Arteaga, Alonso Arteaga, and Ethan Arteaga; daughter-in-law Stephani Hampton; father Wayne Clayton Chastain, Sr.; mother Linda Faye Chastain; brother Clayton Chastain; sister Rebecca Chastain; and family friend Gustavo Deanda.

Linda is preceded in death by her son, Christopher Arteaga; brother Robert Chastain; niece Sofia Hernandez; maternal grandparents Lily and Levi Brissey; paternal grandparents Otis Chastain and Beulah Trotter; aunt Diane Cantrell; and uncle Donnie Brissey.

A visitation for Linda will be Sunday, August 18, 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Dillard Memorial Funeral Home, 2402 Gentry Memorial Highway, Pickens, South Carolina 29671.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 19, 2024 at 3:00 PM, 2402 Gentry Memorial Highway, Pickens, South Carolina 29671. A committal service will follow at Abbott Cemetery, 425 Old Norris Rd, Liberty, SC 29657.
