Mindy was born in Burlington, Iowa on June 3, 1975 to Billie Joe Jones of Wigham, Georgia and Linda Jane Spencer of Pickens, SC. She was a U.S. Army Veteran.
In addition to her parents, Mindy is survived by her brother: Bradly Joe Jones (Sherry Brady) of Sneads, Florida.
Mindy was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents: James Claude and Janie Waive Gilliam; and her paternal grandmother: Jewell Jones.
