Terry Ralph Thomas

He was born on January 26th 1953 in Greenville, SC, to parents Ralph and Willie Mae Thomas.

Mr. Thomas is survived by his wife of 54 years, Kathy Thomas, of Easley; his son Rev. Jason Thomas (Kaye) of Greenwood, SC; his daughter Jaime Thomas Nettles (Kip) of Mount Pleasant, SC; and his son Rev. Brad Thomas (Jenn) of Randleman, NC.

He is preceded in death by his father, Ralph Thomas and his mother Willie Mae Thomas both of Greenville SC; and a grandson Kaleb Hamilton Thomas.

He had 9 grandchildren, Noah, Kaleb, Eli, Lainey, Kaylee, Riley, Van, Mae and Kizer.

Terry was a great husband and a loving father and grandfather. He was a hard worker, working at Michelin from March of 1980 retiring in 2015 with 35 years of service. He loved the outdoors, enjoying hunting and fishing most of his life. He also enjoyed shooting in sporting clay competitions, for which he earned numerous awards. His family and friends will always remember him as a faithful husband and father, friend, and Papa.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, September 5th from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Dillard Funeral Home in Pickens, SC. Celebration of Life service will be held on Friday September 6th at 2:00 pm in the Chapel at the funeral home, graveside will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
