Candace Rose (Guy) Wood, 32 years old of Emsworth, PA , suddenly on August 25, 2016, lost her battle with addiction. She is the cherished daughter of Diane Guy of Emsworth and Mark and Kacee Guy of Rochester. Beloved mother of Angelina Cochenour and Riley Wood. Forever treasured by her many aunts, uncles and cousins.
