Loving mother of Kathleen, Boston, MA and Karen, Pittsburgh; cherished grandmother of Alexandra Caddick, Oklahoma; beloved wife of the late Samuel John Caddick; daughter of the late George and Ellen (Burke) Dawson. Born and raised in Toronto, Canada, Kay was proud of her Canadian and Irish heritage. A long-term volunteer of Passavant Hospital. Friends will be received on Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the H.P.
