I am so saddened to hear today of Melanie's passing.  I had the opportunity to work with her for a short time a few years ago, and what I remember the most about her was her intelligence and quick wit. A bright and shining star she was. My thoughts are with her family.

Mel, my dear dear FRIEND, Me and Kathi will miss your smiling face, giggly voice and words of encouragement. You will be missed in our hearts. You are an angel now and looking after all the ones you loved and cared for. You will be greatly missed. I always considered you my sister, and your smile will always be with us! We love and miss you!
