Robert J Baltes, age 77, of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania passed away on Friday, January 19, 2024. He was the son of the late Robert and Joan (Grable) Baltes. He is the beloved husband to Barbara Baltes, father of Christine (Bob) Jenkins, Tanya (Colby) Wood, and Leslie (Brian) Brooks. Grandfather of Caiden Wood, Anthony Fleming, Addison Wood and Emily Brooks, great grandfather of Gabrielle Fleming. Brother of Beth Tesche. "Bob" will be missed by his companion Skip.
Bob retired after 40 years of service with Vector Security. During retirement he enjoyed spending time with his family, fishing and going to antique car shows.
As per "Bob's" wishes his memorial service will be private. Arrangements entrusted to the H.P. Brandt Funeral Home, 1032 Perry Hwy, Pittsburgh, PA 15237.
