Call her Superwoman! A Top Class Gal--Chanel baths, Estee Lauder, Coldwater Creek and Gucchi. Concerned, caring, loving throughout her life for her sons. Raising, tutoring and yes, “Disciplining” her two sons, Bret and Bart Hughes, at the same time being their best friend.

Her loving survivors, Bret and Lois Hughes, granddaughters Jennifer, Quiana and Chelsea, and two great-grandchildren; Bart and Stacy Hughes, grandsons Eric, Benjamin and Seth, also Jathan and Ashley Eshom. Extended family, Norman Hughes, Paula Styler, David and Vicki Cuellar; Holli and Aaliyah Castaneda; Joe, Chantel, Brandon and Ryan Johnson. Three year olds, Jathan and Aaliyah were Carolyn’s “special friends.”

We are all celebrating the invitation Carolyn received from Jesus to join Him in heaven and they are now there together. Carolyn was an avid athlete who enjoyed a hot hot cup of black coffee and the sun beating on the side of her cheek. Carolyn practiced what she preached: honesty, integrity and morality. She always appreciated one’s best efforts!!! Carolyn was a successful, totally dedicated Executive Director of local and distant Chamber of Commerces for the last 42 years.

Please Join Us in Celebrating Carolyn’s Life on Friday, July 15th at the Bass Lake Golf Course, located at 3000 Alexandrite Drive in Rescue, CA. Festivities will be held from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. Please wear red or animal print!
