Pamela Sue Littlefield was born June 2, 1959 in Downey, CA to Ray and Betty Littlefield and passed away July 23, 2016 at home in Cameron Park, CA. Pam is survived by her sisters Sandy Littlefield of Sacramento, CA and Joyce (Butch) Woltkamp of Lodi, CA, nephews Michael Littlefield, Doug and David Woltkamp, niece Krissy Blansett and 8 great nieces and nephews.
Pam was extremely loving and kind. Everyone was her friend and every day was her birthday. The bakery at Safeway in Cameron Park knew her well and would kindly take her birthday cake order each time they saw her. The staff at the Dollar Tree in Placerville had a special chair in the front for her to rest. She loved animals and had a calming effect on even the most active ones. Always drawn to anyone with a disability she had the ability to know who needed the attention the most and would comfort them with great care. She was a lover of all music but her favorite song was “You light up my life” and she could sign it. She always had a real connection with all animals and a calming effect on even the most rambunctious of them. Pam was a huge fan of Mickey Mouse and Richard Simmons, whom she was thrilled to meet personally. She was a client of M.O.R.E for many years and participated often in the Special Olympics.
All are invited to Celebration of Pam’s life Monday August 1, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at the Northstar office, 3251 Grandview Circle, Shingle Springs, CA. Please bring a dish to share. In lieu of flowers please make donations in Pam’s memory to the same above organization which the family wishes to thank for the exceptional care they provided to Pam for many years.
