My father will always be with me, in every daily action I take I think about the lessons taught to me.  You were strong and tough and never made excuses for inaction. You were a mentor and teacher. Your lessons will never be forgotten. I thank you for everything you did and I love you. You are a shining example of a polymath, your talents never ceased to amaze me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. One day we shall fly together , not too soon though. I am honored to be your son and proud to be a Reeves. God bless you. I salute you. My Father “My Gift"
I will never say goodbye to you my Father because I know this is not the end for us to see each other.
You will only be going to a place where there is no more pain nor suffering.  I am happy for you, for you will be with God and your family.
For now we need to go our separate ways.
I remember how your arms held me and gave me strength when I was little. Each night when you said our prayers and tucked me in. You always had a special message to teach me.
You were always there to listen, love, and defend me in everything. You were my friend, my confidant, you taught the value of good work ethic and responsibility, you taught me to dance and to love music.. You hand built the most wonderful playhouse a girl could have. In my triumphs you were always proud. I'm very grateful and proud to call you my Dad- I salute you- you are my hero. 
Here deep inside my heart you will  always be.
I would give anything just to hug you one more time. I'll never forget the last time I held your hand and how you looked at me in the eyes and said, "I love you Patricia- You are my one and only daughter." 
I felt my heart stop beating when they told me that you were gone. How I wish I was only dreaming.
Just like the rain; tears fell down from my eyes, you are dearly missed . Thank you Dad, for always listening , caring, and loving me for the rest of your life.
The greatest gift God gave me was YOU... my Dad.
It's so difficult to let you go but I must return the gift God gave me.
