Curtis Dwayne Allen, 72, of Allen, Texas passed away on February 20, 2019. Curtis was born October 1, 1946 to CD and Glena Allen in Denton, TX. He is preceded in death by his parents and beloved nephew, Bill Bland. He is survived by his wife, Judi Altstatt Allen: sister, Jo Ann Terry: daughter, Leslie Marie DeWald: 3 sons/step-sons, Clayton Dwayne Allen, Isaac Miller, and Samuel Miller: 5 grandchildren: 1 great-grandchild: as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
The memorial service will be held at 11 AM at First United Methodist Church, 601 S Greenville Ave, Allen, TX 75002 on Saturday 23, 2019. Interment will be at Gribble Springs Baptist Church, Aubrey, TX on March 16, 2019 at 2:00 PM.
Curtis was lovingly attended in his transition by Charlin Hospice.
