

Forrest was born on August 15, 1988 in Midland Texas.
He attended Midland public schools and graduated from Midland High in 2007.
Forrest was a three year letterman starter for the football team. Forrest's passion was watching football with his friends and family and rooting for his Chicago Bears. When Forrest wasn't watching sports he enjoyed taking his dogs, Bug & Whisky to the dog park to play catch with the Frisbee.
Forrest worked in the restaurant business for a variety of places in Dallas, Austin, and Lubbock.
Along the way Forrest made many friends with his outgoing, fun, loving personality. Forrest was big hearted and generous and loved to see his friends and family having a good time.
He was preceded in death by his great grandmother Verda McKellips, as well as his grandfather Alan Deatherage.
Forrest is survived by his mother Stacy Scribner and his stepfather Patrick Scribner of Allen, TX; his brother Caz Quain of Allen, TX. His father David Deatherage of Lubbock, TX, his brother Dayton Deatherage of Austin, TX, his brother Dallas Deatherage of Lubbock, TX. His grandparents Steve Majors Sr. and Judy of Abilene, TX, his great grandfather Raymond McKellips of Weatherford, OK, his grandmother Connie Deatherage of Lubbock, TX, as well as many friends and coworkers.
A memorial service and celebration of life for Forrest will be held on Saturday, January 2, 2016 at 1:00 PM at the Ted Dickey Funeral Home located at 2128 18th Street in Plano.
