Frank was born on January 7, 1931 in Plano, Texas, a son of Charles and Ova (Langford) Forman.
Frank was a graduate of Plano High School and enjoyed keeping in touch with his classmates over the years, some of which he kept in touch with until these very last days.
He married Cora Lee Hastings on June 22, 1953 in Billings, Montana.
She survives in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
He is also survived by one son: Eric Forman of Dallas, Texas.
A Graveside Service will be held on Wednesday, August 24, 2016 at 1:00 PM at the Forman family plot at Plano Mutual Cemetery, Plano, Texas.
A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service, Wednesday, August 24, 2016 from 12:00 noon to 1:00 PM at the Ted Dickey Funeral Home, located at 2128 18th Street, Plano, Texas 75074.
