After high school, he went on to study at Midwestern University and was a member of the fraternity Sigma Nu. Lindy went on to pursue a career in sales, from pharmaceutical, cars to real estate. He enjoyed years in retirement surrounded by his family. To Lindy, family was very important to him. To his grandchildren, he was known as “Pepaw”. He truly loved spending time with them making them smile, laugh, and most of all pulling pranks.
