Melba was born on August 21, 1914 in St. Louis, Missouri, a daugther of Edwin Hoffman and Hazel L. Walter.
A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 16, 2013 at 1:00 PM at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, located at 2700 W. Spring Creek Parkway, Plano, TX 75023.
A graveside service and burial will be held at Belle Fountaine Cemetery in St. Louis, Missouir at a later date.
Ted Dickey Funeral Home of Plano has charge of arrangements.
