She spent her childhood years in Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Florida. She returned to Texas in 1984 and graduated from Plano East Senior High in 1986. She joined the US Navy and was stationed in Orlando, Florida, San Diego, California, and Naples, Italy from 1986-1990. She was a homemaker, loving mother and wife. She is survived by her husband Douglas Robinson and their children Erica, Steven, Laura, and Alex; parents Ernest, and Carol Houston, and brother James Houston.
