Fred McKelvy, age 80, of Plant City, FL passed away on Saturday, September 25, 2010. Fred was born to Victor and Lonie McKelvy on March 20, 1930 in Logan, Alabama. He graduated from Logan High school in 1946. He was in the U.S. Air Force and served in the Korean War in 1954. Fred moved to Valrico, FL in 1955. Survivors include four daughters: Debra Whitmore (James), Victoria Dino (Mark), Brenda Patrick, and Linda Page (Roger); 8 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held at 6 pm on Wednesday, September 29, 2010 with visitation to follow until 8 pm with family and friends at Wells Memorial Chapel. Interment will be 11 am on Thursday, the 30th at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL.
