He is preceded in death by his parents, four brothers and two sisters. Cecil is survived by his wife of 63 years, Sadie; one daughter, Angela Smith (Wayne); three sons, Boyd Ouzts (Linda), Glenn Ouzts (Debbie), Wade Ouzts(Pam); two sisters, Miriam Butler, Frankie Sharp; seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Visitation will be on Thurs., Nov. 6, 2014 at 10am followed by a funeral service at 11am at Wells Memorial in Plant City. Burial will take place at Florida National Cemetery.
