Hubert Gordon Anders "Sleepy", age 83, passed away on November 28th, 2020. He was born on March 1, 1937 in Tampa, Florida. He spent many years of his life enjoying the outdoors with his family and friends while fishing, hunting and golfing. He also enjoyed taking care of and raising his cattle. Hubert found time to craft his skill of bowling as well as telling stories as he knew everyone and they knew him.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Oscar and Ruby Anders and his daughter in law, Debbie. He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Louise; his three children, David and his wife Donna, Kenneth, Karen and her husband Scott; nine grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Funeral services will be at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 3 at Dover First Baptist Church, 3223 Gallagher Road. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services and interment will follow at Dover First Baptist Cemetery.
