Jerry Pugliese, 72, of Plant City, Florida, entered into eternal rest on January 7, 2022. He will be lovingly remembered for his devotion to his family, quirky sense of humor and gentle soul. He worked many years for the phosphate mines and retired from Smithfield after 20 years. He is survived by his daughters Lisa Pugliese and Gina Guinn (Joseph), five grandchildren; Christopher, Matthew, Angela, Jordan and Jacob, brother Danny Pugliese, Sisters-in-law Carrie Eichorn (Kenny) and Betty Highsmith (Wayne)and many other family and friends. He joins in heaven his beloved wife Joanne Pugliese, parents, Carmella and Anthony Pugliese, and siblings Joann, Joseph, and Richard. A funeral service will be held Thursday, January 13, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Wells Memorial, 1903 W. Reynolds Street, Plant City, where the family will receive friends beginning at 10:00 a.m. Interment at Springhead Cemetery, Plant City.
