Ronald worked for South Eastern Equipment in Ohio and when he moved to Florida he was employed by Brigs Equipment in Tampa Florida where he retired from.
He loved his fur babies Emmy Roo and Hound Dog. Ron enjoyed gardening and restoring cars as a hobby.
He was Co-Chair of the Hospitality team at Cork United Methodist church and Volunteered in the kitchen at the Cork Methodist Food Bank. This many talents and contributions at the church will be missed.
Ronald is survived by his beloved wife, Lila H. Pelham-Watkins; his sister Cheri Stillion.
Ronald was preceded in death by his parents Robert and Betty (Peter's) Watkins.

A visitation for Ronald will be held Thursday, December 9, 2021 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Wells Memorial and Event Center, 1903 West Reynolds Street, Plant City, FL 33563. A memorial service will occur Friday, December 10, 2021 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Cork Methodist Church, 4815 W. Sam Allen Road, Plant City, FL 33565.
