Ruth Bell, age 95, of Plant City, Florida passed away on Sunday, November 14, 2021. Ruth was born July 24, 1926 in Kentucky.

Ruth was preceded in death by her husband Richard Bell (2009).

Ruth is survived by her daughter Becky Ochs; her son Jim Bell (Cathy) of Toledo, Ohio; and her grand-daughter Micci Ochs-Schonacher (David) of Valrico, and grandson Tony Ochs. Two Great grandchildren, Two Great, Great grandkids and One Great, Great, Great grandchild.

A visitation for Ruth will be held Saturday, November 20, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Wells Memorial, followed by a funeral service starting at 11:00 AM. Entombment will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens, Thonotosassa, Florida.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
