A visitation for Ruth will be held Monday, November 15, 2021 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Wells Memorial and Event Center, Plant City, Florida. A funeral mass will occur Tuesday, November 16, 2021 at 11:00 AM at St. Clement Catholic Church, Plant City, Florida.
Ruth will be laid to rest in Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Florida.
