Timmie was such a good man. I promoted Timmie to supervisor at FDOT because he was the best for the job and a good man! We talked a lot and became very good friends, he was honest and straight forward and he was respected for that. Timmie will be missed by everyone who knew him including me. Rest in peace. GOD BLESS YOU

I first met Patty and the girls, Tim came around and he and I became best friends, we went fishing almost every weekend, and always played cards at Herb and Marylou's. I left Florida in 1997 but never lost touch with with Tim and family, he was a wonderful man with a heart of gold, keep your boots on my friend I'll see you soon. I love you Tim.

I worked with Timmie at DOT for 16+ years with probably 10 as my supervisor. Timmie was one of the absolutely best supervisors, (along with Jeff Eder) that I worked with in my 35+ year career. Few come better. May you rest easy my friend. You will be missed.
