WALLACE, Eileen Conway (nee Paul) It is with great sorrow we announce the peaceful passing of our mother on March 7, 2018, in Montreal, where she enjoyed living all her life. Beloved wife of the late Robert (Bob) Wallace. Loving mother to Catherine (John), Claire (Allan) and Ian (Amanda). Proud grandmother of Keith (Michelle) and Natalie and great-grandmother to Mason. Also survived by a dear brother Ronald Paul (Jillian) and his children. She leaves behind cousins and was predeceased by her parents, Hugh and Violet Paul. Mum was a gentle, humble spirit who loved the arts, classical music and played B flat clarinet for 20 years in the Lakeshore Concert Band. Friends were very important to her. She worked for several years at the Lakeshore General Hospital where she met her good friend Carita. Our mother was generous, kind and patient, always paying attention to the older or forgotten members of the Pointe Claire community. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at the Collins Clarke MacGillivray White funeral home, 222 autoroute 20, Pointe Claire, Quebec on March 14 at 11:30 a.m. Visitation will be for one hour before the service. Private interment of Mum's ashes will follow the service. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Salvation Army would be appreciated.
