Dear Marie-Josee and family 
I was saddened by the news that your mom had passed away.  I had the fortunate pleasure of getting to know your mom and dad while they were at Avon and they helped me in so very many special ways. Their values were precious and their family was always at the forefront. Your mom and dad were so very proud of you.  I have wonderful memories of the many golf games I had with your dad in the Laurentians.  I wish you peace and comfort during these difficult days.

Francine was a strong woman who spoke her mind! I appreciated her frankness. She told me that her family meant everything to her.
 It was evident from the first time I met Francine that she was fiercely proud and protective of you, MJ, and her grandchildren. She had absolute joy in becoming a great grandmother to Hartley and was anticipating the arrival of a sister.
Having Francine present in the room with Carly, Neil, and both sets of grandparents at the ultrasound to see her great grandson’s image on the screen was a blessing and will always be a precious memory.
Please know, Francine will be missed and remembered fondly.

J’aimerais souhaiter toutes mes sympathies à la famille de Francine. 
J'ai eu le privilège et le plaisir de travailler avec Francine pendant plus de 10 ans chez Avon Canada. Nous avons développé une belle amitié. Elle a été une bonne patronne, très humaine et généreuse. Elle était généreuse avec nous, ses employés, mais naturellement aussi avec sa famille. A tel point que je lui ai demandé à plusieurs reprises de m’adopter.  😉 
Quand tu côtoies une personne quotidiennement pendant autant d’années, tu désires que ça se poursuive.  Je connaissais bien la vie de Francine et la fierté qu’elle portait en sa famille: Marie-Josée, Peter, Neil et Jessica. J’avais l’impression de vous connaître!  
Pour que notre amitié se poursuivre, je me faisais un devoir d’organiser un repas avec elle et d’autres collègues à toutes les années. Et c’était toujours un plaisir de la rencontrer.  
Je me souviendrai toujours quand Yvan est tombé malade, je lui ai téléphoné pour parler de la situation et elle m’a parlé du voyage de rêve que Yvan ne ferait pas à cause de sa soudaine maladie, et elle m’a dit de ne pas hésiter à faire des voyages car on se sait pas ce que la vie nous réserve. Le soir même j’ai booké une croisière. Grâce à Francine, j’ai fais un super beau voyage avec mon amoureux. Une belle leçon de vie qui est encore dans mes pensées. 
Francine, une femme de carrière qui a su faire son chemin. Une femme forte et belle, qui a toujours eu du goût, toujours bien habillée, avec des beaux ongles…elle auras été un modèle pour moi. 
Je lui souhaite de reposer en paix et de passer du bon temps avec Yvan au paradis.  
Pour moi, Francine est une autre étoile dans le ciel!

Denzil and I (Barbara) are so very sorry for the family's loss.  Den (Bob) worked at Avon for 35 years often discussing business as necessary with Francine.  We also got to know Francine and Yvan many years ago when we curled with an Avon Group organized by the late Bruce Brown.  Much fun and sometimes went out to dinner afterwards at Moe's in Pte Claire.  Again please accept our deepest condolences.  May she rest in peace coming full circle to be with her beloved husband.
