Mr. Henry Pius Doyle

Henry Pius Doyle age 89, born in Charlottetown, PEI on May 16, 1927. He was the youngest of nine children. He entered Heaven's Gates on June 9, 2016 after a courageous battle with cancer. He was predeceased by his adoring parents Dominic and Catherine (Feeley) Doyle, his loving wife Maureen (Robinson) Doyle, and his eight siblings; Dorothy, James, Dominic, Peter, Mildred, May, Leo, and Louis.

He is survived by his four children; Dominic (Kim), Eddy, Donna and Betty Ann (Joe), three step children (DuTemple); Michael (Jane) , Réal ( Denise), Barbara (Eddy) and delighted grandfather of; Killian, Dylan, Patrick, Justin, Celine, Nicholas, Katie, Kelli, Joshua and Marc and other loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

He was a dedicated member of I.L.A. local 1657 where he worked on the waterfront as a Checker. Pius was an incredible person and loved spending time with friends and family. He was known for always having a story to tell you.

Family will receive condolences at Collins Clarke MacGillivary, White Funeral Home, 222 Autoroute 20, Pte Claire, Qc. on Thursday, June 16, from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday, June 17 from 10 a.m. until service.

The funeral service will be held on Friday, June 17 at St. John Fisher Church, 120 Summerhill , Pte Claire, Qc, at 11:00 a.m. thence to Lakeview Cemetery, Pte Claire.

A celebration of life mass will be held on Saturday, June 18 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish, 295 Mcleod, Chateauguay, Qc at 11:00 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations to St. John Fisher Church or Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish, would be appreciated.
