James Stewart Munden was born in Montreal on July 27, 1934. He lived his early years in Verdun. After getting married and starting a family, he moved to Candiac where he lived for 51 years. His final year, he lived in Pointe Claire at the Cambridge to be closer to his children.
At Lakeshore Hospital, on October 1, 2024 James Stewart Munden passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at the age of 90. Beloved husband of Barbara Munden. Loving father of Linda (Alan), Angela and Stewart (Martine). Cherished grandfather of Christopher (Melissa), Nicholas (Sandi), Jonathan (Zoe) and Carl. Predeceased by his beloved brother the late Bill Munden. He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Condolences will take place at St. John The Baptist Church, 233 Av Sainte-Claire, Pointe-Claire, on Friday, October 18, 2024 from 10am followed by the Funeral Service at 11am.
