|Chere Diane, I was just advised by Marie-France of Jim's passing on the day of his birthday. There are few words to express the sadness that I feel for this loss as well as the sharing of of your grief with this departure. I have rarely known a couple whose life was son intertwined with love and eternal friendship. On my part, having know Jim for over 26 years, he was  sincere, honest and sometimes too nice but was always a man of his word. 
I salute you Jim and my very deepest condolences to you Diane as well as to your children and friends. As I am out of the country until the 25 March, I will be at the funeral service in spirit and my prayers will be for you and Jim.
