Beloved daughter of the late Alfred Edwin Cannon and Emma Georgina Hawes. Pre deceased by brother Earl Evan Cannon.
Joan will be deeply missed by her family - Douglas, Sandra, Jennifer and Laurie Hawes; as well as many second and third cousins. She will also be missed by many close friends, also considered family - which includes those from her apartment building in Cote St Luc and the ‘Kronies’ from Alcan (now Rio Tinto) where she worked for 38 years.
Family and close friends are welcome to come celebrate Joan’s life on Friday, May 16, 2025 at 11 a.m. at The Church of Saint John the Baptist, 233 Sainte-Claire Ave, Pointe- Claire H9S 4E3. A reception to follow.
