Dear Wilhelmine and family,
It is with great shock and sadness that I recently heard of Karl’s passing. Although, I only knew him for a short time, he and Wilhelmine welcomed me warmly into a German dance group. He was so kind, warm, giving, and just watching Karl dance and interact with his wife, was a pure joy. I offer you my deepest sympathy, and, know, you are in my prayers.

Dear Wilhelmine & Family -

When Mario Tarquinio told me last week about Karl's passing on Dec10/18 I looked at him in utter disbelief & shock!  As I only knew Karl for a short time it was as if we'ed been  friends much longer. Both his & your warm greetings, when we did get together for our dancing class at your building, drew me to you both immediately  Karl & I  had one thing in common,   being both Leos --a sort of mutual admiration relationship.

May you & your family draw comfort from all the wonderful years you shared together.  He will be sorely missed.

Karl was such a blessing to me, my family and to all who knew him. He was an extraordinary teacher of  God's word, not only in the act of teaching but by his life example. He taught me  so much and I could always feel that he truly cared when in his presence.  I will miss his hugs and prayers. He has touched so many lives here and in different places in the world.  I will keep the memory of what a wonderful man he was with me until we meet again.
