It is with great sadness that we announce that Mary passed away peacefully surrounded by loving family on August 28th in her 78th year, at the Lakeshore Hospital, following a courageous battle with cancer. Beloved wife of Edgar, she will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed by her daughters Sharon and Leslie Ann (Gordon), and her grandchildren Amanda, Cameron and Graham. Mary will be fondly remembered by her siblings, as Sister-in-law, and Aunt to many nieces and nephews. Mary enjoyed a fulfilling career at Macdonald College of McGill University which spanned nearly four decades. She was very active over the years on numerous Campus sports teams. She loved gardening, reading, photography, was a talented artist, and those who knew Mary will remember her kindness, intelligence, sense of humour and ready smile. On September 6: Visitation 10-11 followed by a memorial service at the Collins Clarke Funeral Home, Pointe Claire. Interment will take place at a later date.
