Born on May 11, 1941, in Verdun, Quebec, Norman will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by his loving brother, Lawrence. He was predeceased by his parents, Thomas McKinnon and Gertrude Neville.
Family and friends are invited to offer their condolences on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., followed by a chapel service at 3:30 p.m., at The Church of Saint John the Baptist, located at 233 Sainte-Claire Avenue, Pointe-Claire, Quebec H9S 4E3. A reception will follow after the service.
