English Message Given the exceptional situation we are currently experiencing, due to a pandemic, it is still possible to receive condolences at the funeral home, but under the respect of the recommendations of the government, which are as follow: - Only 25 people, determined beforehand by the family, are allowed; - Respect the 2 meters of social distancing at all times; - Respect the hygiene instructions (hand washing); - Wearing a mask is mandatory; - No one who has traveled in the past few weeks be present; - No one with a symptom of COVID-19 be present. Message Français Compte tenu de la situation exceptionnelle que nous vivons actuellement, pour cause de pandémie, il est toujours possible de recevoir les condoléances au salon funéraire, mais sous le respect des recommandations du gouvernement, qui sont les suivantes : - Seulement 25 personnes, déterminées à l’avance par la famille, sont autorisées; - Le respect du 2 mètres de distanciation sociale en tout temps; - Le respect des consignes d’hygiène (lavage des mains); - Le port du masque est obligatoire; - Qu’aucune personne ayant voyagé dans les dernières semaines ne soit présente; - Qu’aucune personne présentant un symptôme de la COVID-19 ne soit présente.

It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Olva Lyons at the age of 83 years old, peacefully & surrounded by family on Sunday April 18, 2021 beloved daughter of the late John Lyons of Belfast, Ireland & Oda Andersen of Copenhagen, Denmark.

Olva is survived by her twin sister Olga (Robert), Brother Carl (Chris, Cheryl), Late Winston (Gayle).

Nieces & Nephews: Caroline (Neil), Trent (Lyne), Kyle (Natalia), Tanya, Melanie, Dawn (Ian), Sunberry.

Great Nieces & Nephews: Meghan, Matthew, Emma, Zoe, Tyler, Kayra, Enzo. Great Step Nieces & Nephews: Max, Angie, Nikki.

Olva was a devoted family member, amazing, daughter, sister, aunt, godmother, cousin, friend, sister-in-law.

She will be greatly missed more than words can express.

Special thanks to families, Perrett & Black for their kindness & support.

Interment to be held at Mount Royal Cemetery April 30, 2021.

Special recognition, appreciation & thanks for the exceptional care from all the Doctors and Nurses at the Jewish General Hospital, ICU for their worthy efforts.
