I have known Paul from Ville Marie, the VM men's softball team, most recently at the CLSC, and of course our occasional meetings at La Belle Province! We often talked about about being two old timers who enjoyed our work while our colleagues got younger and younger.  But mostly we laughed about old times and fond memories, and Paul would always have a smile on his face and meet you with the warmest of greetings. He was always a tremendous asset to whatever team he was a part of, known for always taking on the most challenging casework. 
My sympathies to his family. He will be sorely missed. 

Paul has touched all of our lives , both on a professional and personal level. It was clear from the stories that he shared with us, that he truly loved his profession and family. 
I have known and worked with Paul since the beginning of my social work profession, 43 years ago. He was my mentor and someone, I truly admired and respected. He was the social worker that we should all aspire to be. Paul you will be dearly missed.

My sympathies to the family. I worked with Paul for many years at Batshaw. He always had a smile and was the person who could always find my list train or plane tickets.

I think I will always remember Paul and still have a hard time getting used to the idea that I won't see him at the CLSC anymore. Paul was the person who was there for you when you just started at the CLSC and doesnt know anything. He was the person who always stopped at your desk to ask you how you have been doing and share his own stories about this particular client because Paul always had the harder clients... He was a special social worker and a special human being in general. He will be deeply missed.

To the Conroy Family, I want to express my deepest and heartfelt condolences to all you in this unfortunate dark time that you are all going through. I want to mention to you all that I was very fond and had very much and deep respect for Paul. He was a true gentleman who would make you smile when you were down, as well hard are you when to be. He was truly a great professional of his gift that he had exercised,on a ongoing basis.
