Richard Beaulieu

6 February, 196126 August, 2021

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Richard Beaulieu on August 26th surrounded by loved ones.

He leaves his wife, Rosemary Berard, and family, his mother Janet, his brothers Marcel, Donald (Francine Leclerc) and Peter (Diana Urbani) as well as his beloved nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews, extended family and many friends and colleagues.

He is predeceased by his father Marcel.

Richard (Dickie) graduated from Bishops University with a BA in business. He spent his childhood playing baseball, hockey and later, football for John Abbott Islanders and Bishop’s Gaiters.

He will be missed by his hockey, football and football pool brothers who always appreciated his good sense of humour.

Everyone who knew him loved his kindness, sense of humour and his good nature. He was a special guy and his passion for sports, music and barbeque was unparalleled.

Richard made the world a better place for all of us.

There will be a celebration in his memory at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Cedars Cancer Foundation or the foundation of your choice.

Deepest sympathies to all the family
He was always so caring, loved to know more about you, than talk about himself. Discussions and subjects were so broad, he was passionate about everything, it was always great fun exchanging with Richard. Will miss my friend, will never forget Richard.
