Suddenly on November 23,2011 at her home . Wife, Mother, Doctor and friend. Daughter of the late Francisco and Theodorica Salazar. She leaves her loving husband of 46 years Richard Oldrich, her son Chris (Mae) and cherished granddaughter Naomi. She also leaves her brothers Bonifacio (Zorayda) and Emilio, sister Amanda, nieces, nephews and many relatives and friends.
Every day she gave to others , through her hands God was able to do his work. She will be sadly missed but always remembered.

Dignity Memorial
On Friday November 25th,2011 from 6pm to 9pm Funeral service will be held at St.Edmund of Canterbury 105 Beaconsfield Blvd , Beaconsfield on Saturday November 26th, at 1:00pm with visitation at the church from 12:30. In lieu of flowers donations to a charity of your choice in Tina's memory would be appreciated.
