I am so sorry to just be learning of his passing today.  I was a quiet and meek child when we went to Colonial Dr. Elementary together, but he always found a way to include me. He invited me to many of his birthday pool parties and I have such fond memories of his infectious smile and bright disposition. He was far too young. Sending my sincerest condolences to his family and friends. He was a beautiful human with a big heart.

I am so sad to come across this news. Andre and I were friends in high school and lost touch after high school. Every once in a while I would think of him and see if I could find him online but I was never able to reconnect with him. That is how I came across this horrible news.  I remember our adventures of surviving high school together, our shared love of music and art, and trips we made to Europe and Disney together. I will always think of him fondly.  My deepest condolences to all his loved ones.

Andre was someone who brought light and love to everything.  He spent all day with Maria on our wedding day.  He helped her regain her voice from a night of karaoke by getting her herbal tea and keeping her company.  He saw an opportunity to be kind and jumped to help.  Such an amazing human.

Andre always felt like family  to me. When I arrived at a new school in a foreign country as a teen and we listened to Emo music :) and ten years later in the city of millions, as if time never passed ... he was always a rock.  Fly high my friend.

Andre was the kindest and most loving soul. After I  got married  and had children,  my priorities changed.  I became consumed with motherhood and I rarely saw my friend. 
  Andre always kept in touch.  We picked up right where we left off every time we saw each other. Oh the laughter and the parties! His attempt to speak French! I just LOVED HIM!

A really happy time at dinner before going to Madonna Madame X.  

My deepest condolences to the family of Andre.  This is such an unbelievably  sad loss.  He was kind-hearted, sensitive and curious, and we have shared many laughs, dances, and hugs.  We have been friends since I met him while in middle school and he in Palmetto High School.  Those 25+ years of memories from Miami, NYC and LA experiences I will cherish forever.
I was incredibly lucky to have spent a substantial amount of time with him this summer.  He showed me where he played beach volleyball in Santa Monica, and we had a few meals and hikes together.  Each time we parted we would hug so tightly and tell each other “I love you.”   Nothing was left unsaid.
Sending love and light to all of Andre’s family and friends.  I find comfort knowing he is reunited with his beloved Joaquin and Dino.  He is loved and will be forever missed.  

The world just got a little colder, dimmer and lonelier without you here. I will cherish every moment we shared.  My heart breaks for your family and other friends, because mine hurts so bad right now. 
I will miss all of our silly shenanigans and our all night dance-a-thons.
We will have them when we meet again but until then I will keep your memory alive and this space in my heart reserved for you.

I'm sad and shocked to hear of Andre passing so soon. He used to play with Luke and Cody all the time when they were all growing up together. I'm  so sorry for this sadness.  Rest in Heaven Andre.

My sincerest of condolences to Andre's family and loved ones. The Andre I knew, was an amazing NY soul whose light was undeniable. As a Miamian, his energy was compatible with mine. Sweet, spicy, nice but feisty-lol. That beautiful smile; those witty quips followed by raucous laughter, and his unique perspectives, were and will continue to be appreciated. Our 1-2 hour conversations, were  welcomed whole heartedly. I knew a genuinely authentic man, that always left laughter and humor in my life; when we would speak. Hopefully, the same light he had; will continue to  comfort those, whose hearts weigh heavy, as he rests Peacefully.
